Complete rewire (Single/multi family dwelling)
- This would include and not limited to your typical row home or single house. Duplex, triplex. Apartments ranging anywhere from two to six units.
Incoming service from utilities
- This would include and not limited to 100amp service, 200amp service, 300amp service and/or 400amp service.
Fire alarms
- This would include and not limited to installing a new fire alarm system, or bringing an old system up to code.
Cameras
- This would include and not limited to installing new security surveillance cameras, or upgrading an existing system.
Air conditioner circuit, dryer circuit and/or water heater circuit
- This would include and not limited to installing a new 240 volts 30 amps air conditioner line, dryer line and/or water heater line to desired location.
Electric range and/or cook-top circuit
- This would include and not limited to installing a new 40amp or 50amp line depending on specifications, for an electric range or cook-top unit.
Ceiling fans
- This would include and not limited to installing new or replacing existing ceiling fan.
Door bells
- This would include and not limited to installing new or replacing existing door bell. The doorbell can either be standard or of the smart type device “video doorbell”. Either or can be hard wired or battered operated.
